"WATER MUSIC" - TRIPLE CONCERTO FOR FAUCET, WATER PIPES AND VIOLIN

This is what happens when a talented musician goes with the flow. Restroom on the backstage in one of the Silesian towns, few minutes before the gig. Featuring: water faucet with “da flo”, and Jacek Dzwonowski - violin player in Altra Volta string quartet ;-) – fearless fiddler, always ready to interact with anything that produces sound. Thanks for watching and for all the nice comments. We hope you had as much fun as we did ;-)

You raise me up

"You Raise Me Up" is a song originally composed by Irish-Norwegian duo Secret Garden. The music was written by Secret Garden's Rolf Løvland and the lyrics by Brendan Graham. After the song was performed early in 2002 by the Secret Garden and their invited lead singer, Brian Kennedy, the song only became a minor UK hit. The song has been recorded by more than a hundred other artists including Josh Groban, who popularized the song in 2003; his rendition became a hit in the United States. The Irish band Westlife then popularized the song in the UK two years later.

Sept Humoresques

Paris Opera Comique 2010 y. Composed from fragments of letters which Chopin wrote in French during his long stay in Paris, these 7 short movements give the composer's daily life a light and simple shade. The tempi are mostly cheerful; they convey the ephemeral yet direct side of the letters.

Work commissioned by the Orange Foundation for the Chopin Year 2010 Celebrations.
